Continuing on this nourishment tip - prana is one of the most nourishing elements for our cells.
What is prana? Prana is the energetic life force that travels into the body via breath, food, and sunlight. High-pranic foods are fruits and leafy green vegetables. One way to get more prana into your system is through invigorating exercise such as ecstatic dance, yoga, qi gong, tai chi, or any other practice that links conscious breath with movement. Another method for drawing in more prana is pranayama, the art of breath practice.
Included in this message is audio guidance for one of my favorite breath practices, pratiloma shodhana. It balances the hemispheres of the brain and invites an abundance of prana into your cells.
