What does processing feel like? How do you know that you need it? Processing can feel like being uncertain or unfinished. You had a huge ah-ha moment about yourself and are feeling sensitive about it. And feeling uncertain is okay. Knowing that you're processing is more important than nailing down exactly what's going on. When the processing is allowed to unfold, then a new paradigm is allowed to set in.
This is prime time for you to slow down, breathe, and do what you need to process. Each day when you wake up, ask yourself, "what do I need today?" Pull back on your energy and store it for yourself. Be good to yourself. This will encourage you to fill up your well, recharge, and resurface energized with your new understanding infusing your cells.
Here's a guided meditation to support times when you feel like you're in process.
