This meditation requires that you listen to ocean sounds. Set your timer for 7 minutes. Lie on your back and listen to the sound of the ocean waves.
Imagine the waves traveling from the crown of your head down to the toes. Then, back from the toes to the crown of the head. Feel the energy of the waves moving up and down through the body.
Invite your body to soften and relax as you allow the waves to move through you without attaching any description to the sensation.
This is the wave movement of emotion. The next time you feel strong emotion, embrace the feeling and let it move through you like a wave without managing, judging or controlling it. Give it space to move around and experience it.
